A simple yet powerful, ascension-assisting meditation ...
... For the good of our physical body we should therefore try to eat and drink healthily and breathe clean air.
And for the good of our psychic body we should accept only pure thoughts and feelings.
We can also do certain exercises.
For instance, several times a day, imagine you are transparent like a crystal.
And when I say 'imagine', I mean that you should totally identify yourself with the crystal, with its transparency, until the moment when you feel the celestial currents pass through you, like the light that passes through a prism and refracts into seven colours.
