Powerful Healing Chakra Meditation Exercises

You should now be in a gentle, relaxed state of being. This exercise will balance, calm and clear your chakras, giving them the right amount of balanced energy. Pay close attention to any variances or nuances the clouds and chakras may exhibit in subsequent meditations. These changes may mark or indicate shifts of consciousness. You may feel free to get up and move about as you wish, take a sip of water, and so forth, and yet are capable of returning to this state of relaxation.

12 Chakra Colorful Clouds
Clear and rebalance all 12 chakras | As you inhale begin to expand that time from four seconds to eight, then to 16 seconds. After a while you can hold that time between each inhale/exhale the same length. With each of the following colors, imagine each cloud coming before your inner vision. See it floating before you. (If you have difficulty 'seeing' a little cloud, pretend/imagine a cloud is floating before you or try and look for the color.) Inhale each little cloud through your nose, slowly and gently, inhaling deeply, filling your lungs and belly. Now through your mouth, slowly exhale the cloud from your belly and lungs. Do this same inhale/exhale exercise for each colored cloud.
- Red cloud, root, 1st chakra
- Orange cloud, sacral, 2nd chakra
- Yellow cloud, solar plexus, 3rd chakra
- Green cloud, heart, 4th chakra
- Pink cloud, high heart 2nd 4th chakra
- Blue cloud, throat, 5th chakra
- Purple cloud, third eye 6th chakra
- Silver cloud, crown chakra, 7th chakra
- Seafoam green cloud, your 8th chakra
- Pink/orange or salmon cloud, 9th chakra
- Blue green cloud, 10th chakra
- Pearlescent white cloud, 11th chakra
- And last but not least, a beautiful golden cloud, halo, 12th chakra

Love and Gratitude
Inhale Love Exhale Gratitude | This advanced meditative breathing exercise assist you in taking in the positive and releasing the negative at each chakra level.
On the Inhale
Add an attribute feeling (i.e., love, kindness, peacefulness, etc.).
On the Exhale
Add an emotion for release (i.e., anger, hatred, fear, guilt, shame, and then get back to gratitude, etc.).

Phi φ Golden Ratio Vortex Breathing
Fractal field breathing exercise | Working with the golden ratio and the Fibonacci sequence, this breathing exercise will open a gateway to your subconscious and will very quickly help you to come into a centered, balanced and neutral meditative state for re balancing. With eyes closed and deep breathing then lighter breath at the end. In through the nose, out through the mouth.

Inhale the breath for 13 counts then exhale the breath for 13 counts

Inhale the breath for 8 counts then exhale the breath for 8 counts

Inhale the breath for 5 counts then exhale the breath for 5 counts

Inhale the breath for 3 counts then exhale the breath for 3 counts

Inhale the breath for 2 counts then exhale the breath for 2 counts

Inhale the breath for 1 count then exhale the breath for 1 count
Time: 3 - 5 cycles

Kinetic Rebalancing
Kinetic body, mind and spirit rebalancing, unplugging, recharging | When you find yourself unable to stay centered calm focus rebalanced and clear oftentimes worrying about the future thinking about the past and not able to remain in the present it takes more than meditation sometimes to reset yourself to get yourself back on track it actually will take a physical meditation or kinetic meditation. I have created a very quick and simple meditation that's two parts. The first is a quick attention focused trick for your mind and 2nd is the actual act of rebalancing.
Stop, Drop and Roll
imagine you are caught up in a moment stressed out can't think straight a simple act of following these three simple procedures will help get you back on track and lead you into the next phase the breath of balance.
- STOP: Stop what you're doing in the moment
- DROP: Drop the thought form drop the energy in other words if you imagine a very heavy wet woolen blanket in your hands you literally imagine dropping that wet blanket of energy.
- ROLL: Allow your body to roll away from the moment from that negative thought that negative spinning thought.
Kinetic Rebalancing Breath
By remaining present, you can then do a quick physical breath exercise to reset yourself and refocus in the moment it literally melts away the stress.
- Lean back two inches – from where you are leaning your body backward two inches from sitting or standing position or even if lying down you can press your body backwards a bit more to align your spine so your spine is completely vertical and lined up.
- Drop your shoulders - take the weight of the world and let it slough off.
- Take a deep breath.
