- Scheduling hours for individual live sessions will be decided at the time of booking to allow for flexibility. The hours for group live sessions schedule is set by the practitioner, based on their timezone.
- Online portal will be video conferencing programs like Zoom
- All retreat sessions will be live, not pre-recorded (excepting retreat add-ons, if any)
- Each session will be recorded and shared with you as part of your retreat package
SET THE TONE
- Go through your Retreat Welcome Kit which will help you prepare for your retreat
- Read through the enclosed Welcome Letter and Itinerary to familiarize yourself with your upcoming schedule
- Prepare your space by handling as many of your regular household chores as possible so as not to become distracted
- Designate a room or space in your home for quiet reflection and journeying
- Set up a prayer rug or altar in this area, light incense and candles to direct attention inward
- Keep a journal of your retreat experiences and commit to writing in it throughout the day
DURING THE RETREAT
